libccscript3-1.1-0 software package provides GNU Common C++ framework for embedded scripting, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccscript3-1.1-0
libccscript3-1.1-0 is installed in your system.
